Weifang New Hanze Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in deep processing equipment manufacturing and intelligent production line control of new energy power battery anode materials and energy storage battery anode materials. In 2020, the company comprehensively designed and built a graphite industrial park construction project in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, which is the first natural graphite acidification production line with an annual output of 20000 tons in China.
In the construction of the project, the company is responsible for the design, construction and installation of the whole industrial line from raw material filling, intercalation agent and oxidant addition, to reaction, washing, drying, packaging and so on. In addition, the company also optimized the sewage treatment system, including water reuse, wastewater electrodialysis, reverse osmosis and multi-effect evaporator equipment layout. Through these technical means, the project realizes that the wastewater discharge meets the national surface water discharge standards.
